Network Monitoring

The NSF GAGE Facility maintains and monitors several networks of continuously operating geodetic and associated instruments. Network monitoring allows our engineers and other users to find the operational status (state of health) of instruments in these networks from which GAGE downloads data.

Please note: This area is not for data access, please see the Data section of our website to access data acquired from these instruments.

All Networks & Stations

Provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for all GAGE networks of continuously operating instruments. GAGE monitors several networks of distributed sensor instruments, including GNSS/GPS, borehole strainmeters and seismometers. The Network of the Americas (NOTA) is a federated network comprised of stations that were part of the the former EarthScope PBO, COCONet, TLALOCNet networks. The remaining networks and stations (NASA GGN and Principle Investigator stations) include only GNSS/GPS sensor monitoring.

Network of the Americas (NOTA)

Provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for the NOTA networks of continuously operating instruments. NOTA is a federated network comprised of stations that were part of the the former EarthScope PBO, COCONet, TLALOCNet networks. NOTA includes the following sensor instrumentation: GNSS/GPS, borehole strainmeters and seismometers, and long-baseline surface laser strainmeters. See the NOTA project page for more information.

NOTA Affiliated Stations

Provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for the NOTA Affiliated collection of continuously operating instruments that are not formally part of the NOTA network of ~1200 stations, but were part of the the former EarthScope PBO, COCONet, TLALOCNet networks. The NOTA Affiliated network is comprised of GNSS/GPS stations. See the NOTA Affiliated project page for more information.

Polar GNSS Networks

Our Polar Networks page provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for the POLENET network of continuously operating GNSS/GPS instruments.

NASA Global GNSS Network (GGN)

Our NASA-GGN network page provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for this network of continuously operating GNSS instruments.

Principal Investigator GNSS Stations

Provides network monitoring (instrument state of health) information for Principal Investigator continuously operating GNSS/GPS instruments.
